Digusting with hairy food - Not only did the ground floor smell like the gent's loo, but the service at the restaurant was slow, the staffed messed up our drinks order, the fish and chips came with a hair in it, and the food is very poor value for money.

To add insult to injury, the hairy meal wasn't comped on our bill! Instead, we paid, went downstairs to complain to the manager, and she refunded the fish and chips.

If your staff doesn't know that a hair in a patron's food should be taken off the bill, they shouldn't be serving food in the first place. 22-02-09
