My knights in shining armour! - Well, blow me down with a feather.

I rang Bed-E-Buys in a panic one morning recently, having had a disastrous experience with a mattress missing- in- transit via an online supplier. I needed a mattress, and fast, else my son would be spending the night on the floor.

There are some occasions when owning a car would come in handy, and this was one of those, but no matter. Having explained the problematic situation to the helpful young man on the phone I was amazed and gratified to have a high- quality mattress delivered to my door within the hour, at a very agreeable price. I was so gratified, in fact, that I immediately posted my very first internet review.

It turns out that they are a very well- known and well respected local family firm. I sing their praises to anyone who'll listen and most of those people have had their own good experiences with Bed-E-Buys. Highly recommended!

Unbeleivably bad service - This has to be the most unhelpful bunch of uneducated staff members I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Not only did they know nothing about customer service they seem to know very little about beds either. Go to this shop at your peril. I strongly suggest that no one enters this establishment unless you have some odd fascination.
