Budget Thai dinner before 7:30pm - It’s an ideal place for a quiet meal with some friends before hitting the clubs/pubs or with your date – and most importantly, it’s ideal if you’re looking for somewhere that fits the budget. From Monday to Friday, 5:30pm to 7:30pm, you can order from the set menu which will only cost you £8.90 plus 12.5% service charge for a meal. An appetizer and a main course will be included.
For the appetizer, there are loads of options on the menu – from fish cake, spring rolls to tom yum goon, they’re really delicious! As for the main course, you can choose from Phad Thai, noodles in curry soup, green curry, to some spicy fried meat/seafood served with rice. The noodles in curry soup is really lovely, and I can hardly move after finishing everything on the table because I’m stuffed!
From the main menu, we have only ordered a Chiang Mai mixed platter (£12.90 for 2 people) and it includes chicken satay, roasted spare ribs, spring rolls, fish cakes, and deep friend prawns. Décor wise, it’s a really simple decorated Thai restaurant with mainly bamboo things and elephant decorations hanging on the war. The service is great and the waitresses are really friendly and helpful. I can see myself returning to this restaurant in a foreseeable future.
