I would like to record the exceptional service that I received from Snappy Snaps today (29 Oct 2020). I had not been entirely happy with some enlargements that they did for me two days before, I should emphasise that this was partly my fault for being short on time. Following an email explaining this, the shop invited me back and at no additional cost reproduced the enlargements in better format and adding captions which had not been part of my original remit. Richard took exceptional pains to ensure that I received exactly and precisely what I wanted. I shall certainly be returning. 29-10-20

Never had any problems, and been going here for years. Especially handy with the one hour photos film developing.
Always have a bit of banter with the lads there, so all good :) 06-07-16
