Brought a white dress from here after spending ages trying to find one that didn't have stains on. Tried it on at home, due to there only be "one size" it did not fit so I brought it back the next morning. I was appalled at the fact they only do exchanges and would not give me a refund. As I was looking around the shop to find something half decent instead of getting my £20 back, I was rudely approached by it seems the owner of the shop saying I had ruined the dress and not to return things in that state, baring in mind the dress was with me for about 8 hours and I had only tried it on once to see if it fitted he was completely wrong. Trying to defend myself by saying I had only tried it on I was rudely interrupted several times whilst trying to speak. Nevermind the clothes being over priced for tacky and unclean cheap material.

The customer service at this store is absolutely atrocious.
I attempted to exchange a top that had a stain on it two days after I bought it, it still had the label on and I still had the receipt from when I bought it. Not only did the manager refuse to exchange the top, he called me a liar and claimed I had washed the top and put the label back on. He then proceeded to insult me by implying I was stupid for buying the top like that in the first place. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted that any store manager would treat his customers like that and I am very upset that I lost almost £18 because I was refused an exchange for a top that was already damaged. I will never visit this store again and would definitely recommend no one else does either.
