Don't expect longevity... - A great selection of unusual blooms and bouquets, however having been let down with a recent purchase I can't recommend them to anyone.

A bouquet bought on Wednesday lunchtime was completely dead by Sunday evening. The first disappointment I've ever had from 5AF.

When I queried this with the shop I was told that I should only ever expect 4 days life from their flowers, so they couldn't see a problem.

To say that cut flowers should only last 4 days is astounding, but the way in which this was not seen to be in any way a disappointment or area of concern when Im paying a substantial amount for their product was beyond belief.

I'd have gotten over it as a one-off chance maybe, but the customer service has ensured that it'll be a long time coming before I'll frequent their doors again. 27-02-12
