This need and breakfast is not only very spacious but also immaculately clean...the hosts are amazing and homemade cooking dinners ect breakfast exceptional....we e stayed here a fair few times and absolutly loved our stay....we were welcomed and treated like family from Dave and lynne....I've been trying to get through to this b and b and hopefully fingers crossed we can book and stay this summer...if I could give 10 stars then I most definitely would....well done to lynne and dave who provide excellent service in all areas xx 13-03-22

Been here twice in the last year going back in two weeks time.Family rooms very spacious and clean.Nothing is too much trouble for Dave and Lynn. Best breakfast in Blackpool. To show how much Dave cares for his guests my wife mentioned her feet were sore after walking round the shops all day, five minutes later Dave called her into the lounge and there was a foot spa bubbling away, what a lovely relief it was for her. Also Dave moved his car from outside the hotel so I could park mine.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Sundown to anyone, it's like home from home. 18-07-18
