We bought 9 windows from Wandsworth Sash windows, they our windows from WSW are awful letting in drafts, wood having cracked within 6 months, were painted wrongly when they arrived and many were made too big! To get them to put it right was impossible. Nothing positive to say and there there many reviews on nappyvalley.net which you should also look at. Avoid
