Manageress - Went to the Restaurant tonight and left very cross. The food was ok, but the lady manager who initially appeared to very confident and freindly with customers spent most of the evening tearing strips off her staff, who seemed to be doing ok (I have worked in the Restaurant business all my life). She openly and publicly scorned staff and within customer earshot. The more she had a go at them the more they made mistakes! I even saw her grabbing one of the young female staff and violently shove her to one side so she couldnt help a colleague who was already under pressure by the manager with a threat to send her home. She stormed around like a bull in a china shop the more angry she got! Disgusting behaviour for a manager, and in plain view to the whole restaurant. Clearly she has anger issues and has no idea how to treat her staff. Technically speaking, there was no communication between staff and and no one seemed to have clearly defined roles, so poorly organised in all.Needless to say, we wont be going back.
