Wonderful customer service! - I visited Thorntons yesterday (22nd October) in a very flustered state, wanting to buy a present for my niece and not knowing where to start. Thankfully I received wonderful customer service from a young man called Stephen, who was friendly and helpful - he made excellent suggestions and made the decision seem very easy. I left the store pleased with my purchase and also much calmer and happier having been served by such a chatty and professional member of staff. I gave the chocolates to my niece today and she was also very pleased!
Thank you so much to Stephen for being a breathe of fresh air in a stressful day!
