Returned shirts folded (as requested) thrown inside one of their bag and were all creased (offered to pick up and redo.. but had quality control was in place in the first instance....) Lost a jacket, took days not to find it. Compensation scheme is appalling.Dry cleaning 6 times the price of dry cleaning (so £51+ dry cleaning refund) for a jacket.Laundry compensation only 3 times. So if your jacket cost you more than £50 and your shirt more than £10... at your own risk. I would suggest using Laundrapp. They are members of TSA and have a trade compensation scheme which is fair and reputable.
When the service works. that's fine.. but that is what you pay (above average) for. When it does not that is where you see the true side of customer service and care. In this instance, next to zero... and even the (miserable) compensation was not paid within the agreed time frame.... There is competition out there so why chose a company with substandard terms that penalises customers?
