Terrible

The product scratched far to easily even after a great demo hitting it with a hammer to show how strong it is we were advised after finding the scratches that this can be caused by even a cup.
I would never have spent almost £7000 if id have know this fact they failed to tell me, this started to happen even before the fitting was completed.

To add to this the fitting was absolutely terrible especially around the sink also the overhangs were different sizes round the kitchen.

The customer service tops all of this off by actually blaming us for the scratches and the fitting!? it beggars belief.

They have refused to deal with the Ombudsman to try and resolve this
and no longer answer emails from ourselves etc.

Absolutes terrible experience and Citizens advice have raised with Trading standards - be aware before getting involved with this company.
