They fulfilled only 20% promises - Highly irresponsible company. They spoiled my family's trip to Makkah and Madinah. I met 4 more families in Saudi Arabia with similar experience. I had to wait for 4 hours at Jeddah airport before they picked us and when I mentioned to their driver that I am not happy about that, he said: "We don't care". I was really astonished by the reply. All their visitors were getting 3 star hotel in Madina when people had for 5 star hotel. One Bangladeshi family from London had to sleep in the hotel lobby for 9 hours before they got the room. They advertise on urdu TV channels with the name MAKKAH TOUR (02031958700). Be careful before they turn your life time holy journey to hell. 07-01-15
