Friendly local cinema - This place is not posh or plush, but it is friendly, good value, and a good local business, rather than the faceless money grabbing multiscreens.
They sell snacks at reaonable prices, they have a bar, and in most cases there is an interval during which a person comes around with ice creams.
For the lovers, there are also double seats so you can cuddle up.
