Love the shoes and hate customer service. Walked in there yesterday 8/2/17 all the ladies totally ignored me but they greeted and asked if they needed help. I am a coloured lady and I always buy shoes from there. The only time when I got a good customer service was when there were young people working in the shop. At the moment there are big ladies who r tired or maybe they don't want to work and can't even smile. I ended up going to buy boots from Dune as it took ages to get a pair of shoes that I had ordered. I informed the lady who was serving me about the bad customer service. Will not be going in the shop fully equipped with miserable sales assistants. 09-02-17
