Great - They should change their name to Great Carpet Cleaning, not just OK. The carpets in the living room and bedroom are all clean and fluffy now, thanks to these mates' effort and skill. There were coffee and wine stains in the living room - no match for their equipment and detergents, and the dark traffic areas on the bedroom carpet are all gone now. The rates are affordable and the technicians were the nicest people I've had do something around the house. They had some really interesting stories to tell, but only after I initiated a conversation, otherwise they kept to their business and gave me advice on maintaining the carpets. The drying time was a pleasant surprise. Great service, I recommend. 03-09-14
