Simple screen replacement? - After 9 hours use new screen went blank. So took it back to speedy repairs. They kept it for 4 days and I phoned every day for an update. On the 4 the day was told it would be ready after 5:00. So manager arrived with a screen under his arm. Worker took it to the back room and says its not the screen it must be something else. Don't know how long it will take to solve the problem. So when in doubt phone a friend. Friend asked a few questions and l quickly realised Speedy PCs were just playing the waiting game and not able to fix the new damage. Then the manager took offence he was rumbled and handed back the laptop. No refund, no repair and now worse than l stated. 04-09-14
