Happy Holidays with St Ives Bay... - Rented 'Teapot' from St Ives Bay Campers summer 2013. 2 'grown-ups' and 2 boys. Fab camper - beautifully restored, straight out of a magazine double spread! The team at St Ives Bay Campers have packed her up with everything you need, espresso maker to a fold up BBQ - they are also great, very relaxed yet thorough. Robert showed us how the van worked and even took us on a test drive before we set off - and Emma supplied tea, juice and biscuits after our long journey. Picking Teapot up in Hayle means you are close to some fantastic places - Gwithian and other great surf beaches, St Ives and the Tate, Tehidy Country Park, Tremenheere sculpture gardens and their wonderful Lime Tree cafe. Remember- Teapot is a fine old lady (she gets lots of attention and compliments) so it's time to slow the pace down, pootle about and enjoy the moment! What a tonic! But be warned -- within weeks we had purchased our own - not quite so vintage - VW!
