Based in Peckham Rye / East Dulwich area, Urban Fit & Fearless offers self defence classes which focus on simplicity and functionality. The system we teach is called Urban Krav Maga, a highly respected, established system with strong credibility in the Martial Arts community. The syllabus is based around the techniques needed to defend the most common street attack.
Urban Fit & Fearless is a member of the British Combat Association and fully certified Urban Krav Maga instructor.
