Detailed - The little details like a folded washcloth at the side of my tub and "hotel points" on my toilet paper were a cute bonus, but it was the power cleaning of a house with three big dogs that gets my five star review.

Special Attention - Two very friendly and professional young men arrived at the stated time, went through the house with me so I could point out special trouble spots. In no time they had worked on those spots and began the overall cleaning of the carpets.
