I soon realised I wouldn’t be able to complete my move myself, so I called Hackney Removals in hope of at least receiving some advice but they provided a complete move. Their quotations mirrored the help I needed and ensured I paid just what I required.

:):):) - Been searching for something like these guys for such a long time. I’m that kind of person who is always late and disorganised, so you can imagine how difficult I can make moving house. The whole team at Hackney Removals seem to work in spite of my rubbish approach to dealing with everything, so I can always suggest them to those who are worried about how a moving experience might play out. If you’re thinking about removals and are anything like me, then there’s no point calling anyone else, as these are the guys who you want to help you.

Due to a sporting accident - Due to a sporting accident that happened about two years ago, I find it hard lifting things – especially heavy items. I usually leave that kind of thing down to my husband, but a few weeks ago I was moving on my own and I needed a company that offered lifting help. I told my predicament to Hackney Removals, a removals company I found on the internet, and they assured me that the removal guys would do all the lifting and so on. At first I thought it was just an advertising tactic to lure me in, but, it wasn’t. The guys were really helpful and they did everything: the loading, unloading, carrying boxes – everything!

After reading lots of great things - After reading lots of great things on different websites and in the media about Hackney removals I decided to hire their services for when I came to relocate. I was under a lot of stress and wanted everything to go right and thanks to everyone at this company, I was able to relocate freely and without any unnecessary hassle and fuss. What really amazed me and pleased me about this company is that they all knew exactly what they were doing and I noticed that every member of staff acted as though they were a valuable cog in the machine that made their business run and operate in the efficient way that it does. Brilliant work and a great team.

A slight delay - I booked a date with Hackney removals after being acquainted with a pleasant lady from customer service. From experience, I’ve often found that customer service is usually rubbish and the people you’re on the phone to hardly know what they are talking about. The lady at Hackney removals, however, was far from it. She gave me really useful information, packing tips and responded to all of my questions promptly. There was a slight delay with the removal men as they arrived a bit late but overall the company was superb and would use them again for sure.
