Very professional - I had to call locksmith to sort out my windows, as I couldn't open 2 of them at all even though I did have a key. As it happened I got the telephone number from my mum, who was singing praises about this guy, so I phoned and have to admit that mum may be exaggerating at times, but this time she was definitely right. Very good service and not bad price at all. 09-10-12
