Apartment renovation clean up - I was able to organize and pay for this service over the internet without even being in London. Superb job and very flexible people working hand in hand with the decorator and the builders. The owner is very responsive to her email, and personally oversaw the job. Very pleased.

Carpet cleaning of full second floo - Cleaner arrived on time, looked over the area to be cleaned, measured, then gave us a price and a time frame. He was very careful with our young children, bundling up any metal pipe components with towels so they would not burn themselves from the hot water running through. He was friendly and courteous and not at all pushy.

no chemical cleaning - This is my second time using this company. I was thrilled with the work they performed the very first time that I requested the same ladies back. They arrived on time with their equipments & "green" products. I've always had problems with the type of harsh chemicals that are being used by cleaning companies.

Our cleaners have no trouble following the checklist as per the requirements. In case there is no such list available, Cleaners Stepney can use a list of general key points and areas which will be the subject of the final inspection.
