My Apology - My handy man arrived late but I had been telephoned beforehand. This pushed me into the evening price band but I'd been reassured that as it was the company's fault I wouldn't be charged. However when billed, I was charged which needed an extra call to establish that I was not liable. Apologies were offered for my inconvenience.
