Rude, arrogant and incompetent - Arrived to fix a washing machine. Said it was just a fuse, but didn't have one on them to replace, so took one from our microwave. The machine turned on so they left, but the minute they left the fuse blew again, indicating that a bigger problem was the cause.

Then spent the following three days trying to get them to come back. They kept giving different times. Never came. Refused to offer a refund. 29-07-13

very professional - We had to call a plumber out from Fast Response Plumbing & Heating due to a leak under our sink. They were polite and courteous on the phone and a plumber was with us within half an hour. A very professional, honest and efficient service. Will definitely use them in the future. 30-10-12
