A Lot Of Work - They added a door between rooms, installed a partial wall with another door, laid down ceramic tile, installed hardwood flooring, installed ceiling fans, fixed a leaky tub, installed outdoor hose bibs, removed my kitchen soffits and rerouted the ducts and pipes in those soffits.

Rescheduled - Their plumber rescheduled his time both the times ( by 30 mins to 1 hour ) - this was not such a big problem for us as they called us a couple of hours in time to let us know and we could manage it - but could have been a problem if the new timing was not a convenient for us.

I will never use anyone else - I like that you don't have to wait in a two-hour window for them -- they come when they say they are going to come. They are professional, efficient, tidy and friendly, and they accommodate schedule. I will never use anyone else.
