My name is Jamie Stedman, my aim is to offer more than just hands on personal training. As a personal trainer I feel as if my job is much more than basically instructing a client through 2 hours personal training a week. The aim is to educate my clients to do most of the things for themselves and increase their knowledge through the exercise journey.
I have my own private fitness studio where I do most of my training. I also offer outdoor sessions across various locations as well as home visit sessions.
