house cleaned in short notice - Had my house cleaned through this company, and it worked well. The ladies showed up on time, asked me what they should start on first, and started cleaning immediately. I appreciated that they could come on short notice: wanted some same day service yesterday and was able to find a 4pm slot through the online booker interface -- it has been hard for me with past cleaners I've used to get them to come when it's been convenient for me.

Service - They had told me on the phone I could give a tip after if I was happy or give it the next time (that is how confident they are that it will be a good job.) I liked the option to pay with a card too.

Cleaning before bringing baby home - We've used this service twice, most recently on 2/23/2013 to clean the house before bringing home our newborn daughter from the hospital. The young man performing the service was efficient, courteous and competent.

Main entrance and stairway, and are - This company was very approachable and reasonable with their price. In fact, there was a little extra done with no charge. Very methodical and clean while doing the work. They answered all questions with care and conducted themselves in a professional manner.thanks

area rug cleaning, upholstered chai - Picked up and returned an area rug for cleaning when they said they would and made the rug look great - they got rid of marks I thought would be stains. Also cleaned a chair effectively in an awkward space.

Upholstery cleaning - I contacted this company based on a recommendation. My upholstery was dirty and stained with 2+ years of baby spills, dirt, food etc. The customer service was impressive from my first contact. I was able to ask questions, get a quote and book my service online. Very quick email response. I got a telephone call from them yesterday morning to confirm my appointment. Cleaner arrived this morning, right on time. He was such a friendly man and did a very good job.

House Cleaning - We have been using this company since August, 2011. From the initial estimation that they provided to now, we are thrilled with the service. Our cleaner is a lovely woman who is a cleaning dynamo; she is punctual, friendly, pleasant and an exceptional, tireless, cleaning person, the best we have ever had. But from what I've heard though, all of the staff are excellent which is a testament to the company. Thanks to all at this company.
