happy with work done - I contacted this company via e-mail and received a prompt reply via email and by phone. After trying the humane mouse traps for 2 weeks we only caught one mouse and they were having a hay day behind out kitchen cabinets and drawers. Technician came to our home on time give us quote and gauranteed results. mice and rats - I called this company after being extremely dissatisfied with another pest control company to deal with mice and a rat that had moved into our basement. Serviceman was very courteous and punctual. He understood my frustration and didn't even take payment until the job was done (unlike the other company whom I paid up front but they never did the job!) He is professional, effective and kind and most importantly lived up to his guarantee. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pests. With a brand new baby in the house he put my mind at ease. rat and roach infestation - We had a rat and roach infestation problem due to a slovenly tenant who evicted without cleaning out his apartment first. This company not only was able to resolve our infestation problem, but got to the source of the problem. I was impressed with with their prompt courteous service and would recommend them without hesitation.

centipedes - we had an issue in the basement, which he took care of. since the spray (3 weeks ago) I have not seen any centipedes around. thank you, I could sleep with ease at night now
