Incredible service - The only company to do a comprehensive inspection, and to isolate the problem. The other companies would analyze over the phone (!) and come with a solution. Technician came to our home and did a thorough inspection, and resolved our problems that had lasted 4 months within only 15minutes. Incredible job, problems have not recurred!

earwigs and roaches - Pest Control Brentford always show up with a smile and a professional attitude. They always asks me if I have any specific bug issues and since using them, the earwigs have found another home and the roaches outside a held to a minimum. If I ask them to spray a specific area a little heavier than usual they do so with a smile. A great employees who represent the company not only with their professional but has pride in the work that they do. A top notch employees who are a definite asset to the company. Thank you!

some issue with bugs ! - Many thanks go out to this company for their help this weekend. I found a bug in my apartment and wasn't sure if it was a bedbug or not. They told me I could bring it the office and they would examine it for me. It turned out to be a beetle - phew. They were extremely nice, professional and very knowledgeable about insects. Thank you!

carpenter bees - While sitting on my deck with some friends we realized that the bees flying around were actually burrowing into the deck wood and pieces were falling down on our heads! I called this company based on the reviews on the network, and the technician came out to assess the problem immediately. He was great to work with, explained everything, was professional and caring. I feel like I could call him back if I ever had an issue again.
