Repair of Water Line/Valve on Toile - This company's technician was very helpful in fixing the problem that I had but also in making other small adjustments to my toilet to help in run smoother (ex. increasing the water level in the tank for a low flow toilet). Fantastic service...I would most definitely use them again.

Fixing shower faucet - Serivceman was fantastic - found and fixed the problem immediately, couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Definitely two thumbs up! Not sure why they're asking for at least 30 words - that seems kinda silly to me :)

replace toilets and fix toilets - Representative was very personable, honest and really knew his stuff. I had a lot of little issues from 20 years of neglecting my toilets, yet he was quick to point out what didn't need replacement immediately so that I could save some money.

Several plumbing problems - There were 3 problems that I needed to get looked at by a pro. 1) the emergency valve on toilet was seized. 2) the water pipe to the outside was leaking. 3) The laundry tap was leaking. I made a request for an appointment on-line and was called back first thing the next morning. They came over on the long weekend (without extra charge) to fix the problem. Plumber was very professional and explained the problems/solutions step by step. Very happy with the work. Thank you.

Installed two new circuits and move - This company was doing some work across the street. They made themselves available to come look at my job - then completed it the next day. The quote was bang on to the bill and they were quick, friendly, did a great job and ensured that my home was disturbed as little as possible. Excellent service.

Install new faucet for bathtub and - We are finally at the end of our plumbing repair project.We replaced a valley brand tub faucet which was leaking with a modern pressure balanced ceramic valve tub faucet.Everything looks and works perfectly.They also installed a new soap dish and sealed and caulked everything.Looks good! We are very pleased.

Toilet Repair - Used this company October 23, 2011, which I found on the Internet. We needed the company warehouse toilet replaced. Representative suggested it could be repair or he could replace the unit. I found the service he performed very professional and he was very present and responsive to our urgent repair needs. Good job

Clogged drain - We have an older home which had a clogged bathtub drain. Being an older tub it has a very small drain and overflow so a snake cannot get through. Another plumber I called wanted to rip open my main floor ceiling to access the problem so thankfully I tried another plumber by calling this company. Service man found a way to access the clog from an old and now unused laundry drain. Everything is now working great and I didn't have to deal with the mess of going through my ceiling!

Dryer Plug Installation - First time calling this company. They called me back each time and arrived on time exactly as they promised. Technician was able to fish the wire in my 130 year old house and get the dryer plug in under 1 hr. He was very thorough and explained things each step of the way. I am a client for life!

excellent toilet repaired - I had a problem with our toilet in our apartment.So I used the apartment's plumber and the repair was not done with right parts so it never worked right.I called in this company to the rescue and representative did a great job fixing it.We now have a perfect working toilet.We are very pleased with the service we received.

Clogged bath tub drain - The technician who came to our house, did a really good job. He was here within an hour, and only left when the water was flowing freely through the drain again. I will recommend this company to friends and family, for sure. It is not the first of such service providers we use, and by far it was the best.

Basement flooding - When our basement had flooding problems after/during heavy rains, this company had someone out to our place within 3 hours. He took care of the problem quickly and kept us informed of his findings and progress. They are a fantastic support in an emergency.

Unclogging shower stall drain - I got the number for this company from the network. Within an hour of my initial phone call, they arrived at my door to fix a backed up shower stall drain. Plumber was fast, friendly and efficient. I was particularly pleased with the advise he gave me on how to prevent the same problem from happening again.

Drains inspected & roots cleaned ou - Technician came out and reviewed the situation with me and recommended we check it out with the camera. He was able to locate the blockage quickly. He carefully described a couple of solutions and got on it right away once I decided the one I wanted. This is the third time I have had his help with different problems on our 68 year old house and the fifth time for using this company. I will continue to call them, if necessary, in the future.

Plumbing repair - We recently had a facet replaced in our bathroom and at the same time the corroded pipes had to be replaced. Not only did technician call us the evening before to tell us when he would be arriving but he actually got to our house exactly on time (something we rarely experience when dealing with contractors). The work was done well and professionally and we had no clean up to do after the job. We will definitely recommend this company to friends and call them again as needed.

Clogged Sewage Pipes - We had sewage backing up into our downstairs bathroom. Diagnosis was done quickly and all prices were given up front. Choices were clearly explained. Service was very friendly and professional. They took extra care to not damage my garden and cleaned up extremely thoroughly. And best of all, the problem no longer exists!

Drain pipe section replacement - I was beyond impressed with the quality of the staff at this company. They were polite and professional and took the time to explain everything to me. oustanding - We hired The Tradesman a couple years back and they installed a shingled roof that turned out great - no issues whatsoever! This year I hired them to update our eaves, fascia & down-spouts and after a mix-up that resulted in them showing up a day late - they completed the job which looks great! Although they dropped the ball - with regards to the install date - they made it right by owning up to their mistake and getting the job done efficiently and it looks great. I would not hesitate to contact this company for any jobs I may have!

Good work - I called The Tradesman as I had discovered my old stove was hard wired to the fusebox and I required a stove outlet for my new range. Pavel called prior to arriving to confirm everything and when he arrived he explained what he needed to do. He was very professional and the service was excellent. Pavel ensured that the work are was as clean or cleaner before he left and I was very satisfied with the work that was performed. I would definitley reccomend The Tradesman to anyone.

Outstanding - We had The Tradesman come in to look at several broken potlights. They replaced all of our old potlights with new, better ones. They came at our convenience -- on a holiday. Their work was great, they picked up new lights, they cleaned up, took away the old lights and were very nice. They described different options for new lights and went with what we wanted.

professional and responsive - Settled on Ben and his company after a drawn out process of selecting a vendor. The job was for a roof replacement on a semi with a flat roof so not the most straightforward job. He was the most professional and responsive of the bunch and took the time to educate along the way. Quotes for the job and how to approach the job was across the spectrum so this was a choice on trust and instinct. The job was completed to spec and on time with thorough cleanup. Recommended.

everything done great - I was concerned about drops of water falling in through the exahust vent in the kitchen. The Tradesman checked all exhaust vents, sealed them properly and I no longer have the problem. Although it was a small job they responded quickly and I now have peace of mind that everything is o.k.
