Re-roofing (shingles and flashing) - We had Perfect Roofing re-do the roof on our 19 year old house. Their price was not the lowest, but very competitive - we decided to go with them based on our impressions from our meeting with the sales rep, and also from the reviews on this site. They also offered a 10 year workmanship warranty, which many others did not. They were able to schedule the work quickly, they showed up when promised, and the work was done efficiently and with good attention to detail.

Replace roofs (house /carport/shed) - Before we decided to have the work undertaken, we checked out many of the roofers listed on this page. We read the reviews, selected a few firms for further review and visited the showrooms of two firms, one of which was Perfect Roofing. We were interested in quality workmanship at a reasonable price, not the lowest price. Their staff did not disappoint us. The work was professional and enhanced the attractiveness of our home.

Roof - Everything was explained in detail. What we were told would happen and when, did. There was a live person to answer any calls we made to the office. We learned a lot about roofing. The crew worked constantly, taking care that the house and garden were protected. The upstairs of our house is now cool, something it hasn't been since we moved in, due to the vents not working.

Repalced Toilet - I called this company last night because my toilet cracked. They were very friendly and helpful. The plumber, showed up at the promised time and was very efficient in installing my toilet. He was friendly and left the place cleaner than it was before he came!!!! An amazing company!!!!!!!!!

Roof repair - Had a small repair on a really old roof and this company provided excellent service along the way. They scheduled me promptly and finished the repair very quickly. I had called 5 companies (all well-rated on this site) for a quote and this company was the only one who called me back. They were professional and friendly as well. When I replace the roof this summer I think they will be my top choice.

New roof - I had called several roofing companies and no one got back to me, or responded several days later. This company called me back the same day, and they booked an appointment to come and give me an estimate. They were very honestly, explained everything to me in detail, and I felt their price was more then fair. I have had several compliments on my new roof, and would recommend using the company.

Roofing installation - I was very impressed with this company. They installed the roof efficiently and in a timely manor. The were neat and tidy, and cleaned up the area around my home. The roofers were polite, and displayed excellent attention to detail. My roof looks fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Reroofing - We are extremely pleased with our experience with this company. They came highly recommended from a respected neighbour and their staff provided excellent service at every stage of the job of re-roofing our home. roof - When we needed a new roof, we received estimates from five companies one of which was this company. My brother had used this company and he was extremely satisfied with the price and performance. We decided to also use this company. They were reliable, efficient and by far the best price. I found out that the lowest bid doesn't necessarily mean that the job will be poor. If anything,they did a great job on our roof. I have referred them to several co-workers and they were all happy with their roofs.

new roof - This company provided very quick and professional job. Excellent salesman. The quote folder is very complete and professional and pretty much sold me on them from that point. No problems - and I could find them... unlike other companies. Minor issue when an old shingle fell of the roof an damaged a canopy but the salesman compensated me without an issue.

roofing activities - Do not hesitate to call this company, they are quick, efficient and their customer service is excellent. roof repaired - Quick response quick repair time problem solved quick and efficiently! Their crew were professional at every point and made sure there were NO subsequent leaks when the repair had been made. We have used this company in the past for repair "Emergencies" and new roof jobs and will continue to do so going forward. Good consistent work every time!

Eavestroughs and Downspouts work - I would like to put in a few words how happy I am to had this company at my house, They were very fair with the price, and when the work was finish the Supervisor when there to check and inspect the work done. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and next year when I am ready to do the roof at my cotage I would call them for sure.

Replacing new eavestrough and leaf - We had many problems with our old eaves troughs (including leakage and squirrel problems), but after replacing new eaves trough with the new leaf guards, everything was solved! I'm very happy with the service and quality of work! I would highly recommend this company! Thanks !

excellent job - In the summer of 2009 I noticed this roofer in my area completing work for a neighbour who was pleased about the work quality being done there .The roofer owner then came to my home that afternoon , showed me the product he recommended , we agreed on a price. and he and his staff came on time and did an excellent job .

excellent - I had my roof done back in December, 2007 by Perfect Roofing and it still looks like new. They used fiber glass shingles by Certainteed/Landmark. They did an excellent job and was completed on time for a fair price. The guys were knowlegeable, clean and respectful.Perfect Roofing is highly recommented for the job. A very pleased homeowner.

neat and professional - Perfect Roofing replaced our entire roof with Certainteed shingles. The original flashing and valleys had never been properly done and much damage had occurred as a result,they expertly replaced all the damaged plywood and remedied all the flashing and valleys. They installed high quality metal roof vents appropriate for the size of our attic. The crew was neat and professional in their work and the job was complete on time and budget. A follow up service call regarding a minor problem over the garage was taken care of promptly when I called them. I have referred these guys to several friends and associates since our job had been so well done!

superb - I had severe ice damming on my roof and I was concerned about damage once the weather turned warmer. I contacted Perfect Roofing by email and within 10 minutes I received a return email. I then received a phone call shortly after. The crew were at my house within an hour and were superb, including shovelling the snow off of my driveway and stairs. The whole experience was very professional and speedy and I did not have to take time off of work since we completed the transaction by phone and email. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

very reasonable price - My wife was reffered, by a co-worker, to a really good company in our area. Since we needed some work done in our house, we decided to give them a try. We called Perfect Roofing and the handyman was dispatched to us at the time requested and did such a clean and proficient job at fixing our needs. We are very satisfied with this company and we are very happy that they were referred to us. Great company to work with!!!!

Excellent - Booking the appoint was very comfortable, Michael is easy to talk to and easy to understand. I booked and they came the same day. The repair guy was friendly, quick, and he used the time he had to do some caulking for exposed nails and vents that needed it. It was one of the best experiences I had in dealing with a home service company and I highly recommend the company

Great - Adam was excellent! He came on pretty short notice and got the job done in time for our move in date. He stayed later and even working on the weekends to get the job done on time. We got removed the mirrors and vanities from the 2 bathrooms and replaced them with new ones. We changed the backsplash in the kitchen, added handles to all the cabinets, installed a new shower set in the master bathroom. We changed abot 6 light fixutures (including chandilear lighting). We also had him help us custom make the guest and master closets. We added a few extra jobs here and there (like adding light dimmers, etc) and he was accomadating for them. His price was good and he service was excellent. he was a pleasure to work with. Will be recommending him to any friends that do projects in the future. He also told us he guarentees his work for 1 year, which made us feel at ease about any possible problems. Will be using him again in the future. We have received nothing but compliments about his work!
