Our service professional technician (professional is the best way I can describe him) was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Plugged Kitchen Sink and Basement B - Once again we used this company and were very pleased. Our kitchen sink was plugged up and I was pressed for time to have a dinner party ready at our house Friday night. They showed up right on time and solved our problems for a reasonable fee. They are definitely a "Keeper". I highly recommend them and have used them before.

boiler heating repair - good service, prompt response. Very Experience technician came and solve prob(hydronic boiler was leaking at neck of release valve) very fast and efficiently. Parts replaced and extra items at no charge, very pleased with service, willing to recommend him to neighbourhoods.

Burst exterior pipe - An exterior pipe that supplies our outdoor water faucet burst and we had to shut off the water supply to the entire house. A plumber we had used in the past could not come for at least three days! This company showed up the next morning -- on a weekend -- and found the shut off to the outside faucet. For good measure, they noticed and fixed a leaky faucet in our basement at no extra charge and without being asked. Really exceptional service. Thanks.

Blocked main sewer - We're very pleased. This wasn't an emergency situation but they were easy to book and very professional. Showed up on time (even called to confirm technician was en route) and quickly assessed/solved the problem without trying to add a lot of extra services. Hope we don't have to call again but will not hesitate to do so if needed.

Bathroom faucet fix - I used this company based on the reviews from on the network, and I was extremely happy with the service that I received. When we thought that we had an issue with the faucet that was replaced, I called the company and the owner came over within hours. It turns out that it was functioning just fine! The service that we received was exceptional and we have even recommended them to my mother. She also used their service and was equally satisfied!

Leaky bathtub faucet (60 years old) - Tuesday, March 20, 2012: Called this company this morning, technician was here on time. We had a leaky faucet in the the bathroom tub which is about 60 years old. He had parts, look about an hour. Good work, great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

plumbing issue - Had a sewage odour coming from basement drain every time I did laundry. No one had been able to figure out what was causing it... even had some pipes replaced. Technician from this company came in knew right away it was pipes needed to be cleaned out with enzyme product.. Everything seems fine now..

Leaky faucet - I had a leaky faucet in my basement bathtub. I called this company to come over and fix the problem. A half hour later technician showed up and did a perfect job. I tried to do this job myself but I didn't have the proper tools to do it. He showed me the tool that I needed to get the job done. Next time, I will tackle a similar problem myself. I will, however, continue to use this company.

unblock the clogged drain - Technician was great and also I want to mention dispatcher, he was great, very professional too. Before calling your company we did call another company but the dispatcher there was so rude, she was probably unhappy to be working on Sunday. Thank you guys!!!

Main house drain - We have had occasional drain back up problems due tree roots and had them cleaned in the past. I called in this company for a camera inspection to clearly identify what was causing the problem. With their camera the technician explained the situation to me and showed on the camera the points in the drain that were a problem. They were prompt, informative with good cleanliness habits and helped with suggest solutions. These included contacting the city as the main problems were not on my property. I would recommend their service to others.

Replacement of valve on hot water - We've used this company several times over the past few years. We've always found them to be courteous, prompt and efficient. We particularly appreciate their upfront approach to pricing. They make it clear when booking the appointment what the charges will be and the plumber repeats the information on arrival before starting the work. The charges, by the way, are very reasonable.

Replaced old pipes grown over - This company was excellent. Plumber arrived at the very beginning of his arrival window and quickly assessed the problem. His team was back within days to fix our pipes. They had to dig out our basement and driveway and managed to leave the smallest holes possible. The job was done quickly, efficiently and most importantly neatly! The team left our basement and driveway in better condition than found. I would highly recommend them.

drain service - We had a problem with our drains in the winter at that time we had this company. The people so professional and helpful that we decided to have them again. Bathroom leaking into kitchen below - We had two separate leaks a few days apart so we called this company in twice. Turns out the toilet was leaking and was dripping water into the kitchen below. Then a few days later, as our lack of luck would have it, the tub started leaking. Initially we had no clue where the water leaking onto our kitchen cabinets was coming from other than the bathroom above. They came in and 'diagnosed' and fixed the problem quickly. All is good! Very much appreciated!

Kitchen Faucet Replacement - I had a very leaky facet, which need replacement. I did not realise b4 that the plumber would replace everything down to the on/off valves. But the valves were i guess old and needed to go. No big deal. (was apparently part of the guarantee)

Galvanized Pipe Replacement - I needed a couple items resolved, some galvanized pipe replaced, kitchen vent re-configuring, fridge line install. The guy from this company did a bang up job, answered all my questions, scheduled the work shortly after the inspection, and was happy to fix up a couple items he noticed free of charge while providing me with needed familiarity as this is my first home. A+ job

Pulumbing repairs - We bought a new tap. It seemed like a simple connection job to us, but turned out to involve a drain pipe adjustment. Plumber advised me that he'd have to cut into the drywall and I imagined a huge gaping hole and lots of dust. On the contrary. The work was done so carefully that the hole is tiny and there was hardly any cleanup afterwards. We also had new shut off valves for our outside taps. This meant putting the kitcar on the drive and of course it was a rainy day!Plumber helped cover the car and worked fast so it could get back inside as soon as possible.This company are a thoroughly professional company with high quality standards. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful. Quotes are accurate, time estimates are realistic and we feel relaxed knowing we are in such good hands. Thanks for another great job!

Object Removal from Drain - This company made my night. I foolishly attempted to seal an open drain in my home with a cap. The cap fell into the drain, clogging it! Within 90 minutes, technician was at my door. He used the camera to find the cap, used a fancy wire trick to get into the right pipe, and was easy to get along with. Despite my being a complete fool, he made it seems like this was perfectly normal! Thank you.

just amazing - This company provided a free estimate, and then performed the work required very promptly. They had to drill through the floor, to get to the plumbing in the basement.They were very careful, and made sure to put it in the least noticeable place, even though it is behind the fridge.They cleaned up the work area as well. I would definitely recommend them, and would hire them in an instant.

Good Work - We found Robert provided excellent skills as a plumber as well as running his company extremely well and providing excellent customer service. He was prompt in his response to our call, kept us up to date on when he would arrive, explained what he would be doing in advance, and offered information for us to make decisions. Did lots of work - We have used Amazing Plumbing Company a few times now and were never disappointed. This time he hooked up a washer/sink/drain in our laundry room, including moving the appliances. Bob is very fast and able to work around any unforeseen hurdles without a fuss. He is definitely a pleasure to see at work and I recommend his services to anyone who needs a plumber!

courteous and respectful - Our toilet was constantly running and we noticed the bathroom drain appeared to be getting clogged. Victor was able to come to our home within 24 hours of my initial call and gave us a free estimate. He was very courteous and respectful and explained the issues to us in terms that we understood. He tried to fix the existing trap in our sink but unfortunately it was too far gone, so he replaced it and the final cost was not far off from his estimate. He finished this work in about an hour and I was pleased that he took the garbage and waste from the job with him. We would definitely recommend Amazing Plumbing Company to our friends and family!

polite, hardworking - My basement toilet kept clogging up, I tried snaking it myself but it didn’t seem to help. I started calling around for pricings and had John from Amazing Plubming Company over. He suggested for me to have a camera inspection done instead of the snaking I originally called for. It turned out the problem was roots in my drains. He had a crew out the next morning; they were very polite, hardworking and cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends. Thanks guys
