Caulking shower area - I seen a leak in my shower. I called a plumbing company and they told me I would have brake the tile and install new pipes, that it will cost me big money. I decided to call this plumbing company to get a second opinion. They came and Caulked around my shower and to my surprise the leaked stop, I saved a lot of money. I would be glad to have them back any time to do work in my home!

backed up toilet - I called this company a few weeks ago because my toilet was backing up in the 2nd floor washroom. The plumber came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem and got straight to work to fix the plumbing issue. In no time, he had my toilet working like new again and he kept the work area clean making sure he had shoe covers on at all times. I am. very satisfied with this company and I give them two thumbs up for a job well done!

Bathroom sink and faucet replacemen - This company was very quick and did an excellent job. Technicians replaced two sinks and faucets in 2 hours. One of the faucets had some parts missing and they provided the parts from their stock. They also discussed with me what to buy in advance and gave great advice.

Replace trap on tub - Technicians showed up as scheduled. They diagnosed the problem, and proceeded to fix it quickly, effectively and in a professional manner. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I will call them again should the need arise.

amazing customer service - There was a leak in our basement bathroom and the pipes are behind our tiled walls. Our plumber, John was knowledgeable and very efficient. He fixed the leak without having to break our tiles - a huge relief for us! I'd recommend Archway Builders to everyone!

Innovative - We worked with this company to redesign and renovate the entire third floor of our home. While we spoke to many contractors about the project in advance, only they came to us with a very unique design for our space. They listened to our ideas and interpreted our style preferences. Then they presented a fantastic concept- a giant glass box bathroom in the center of the third floor, floating in the space, making the space seem larger and cleaner. Luke also repositioned the bedroom to increase storage, yet made the overall space look larger. His attention to detail, even down to the lighting plan and mood, is really noticeable and much appreciated. We are so happy with their work that we are immediately hiring them to undertake the redesign of our second floor!

Exceptional - If I could rate TOm more than 5, I would without hesitation. He installed our dishwasher, hooked up the water line on our fridge, installed 50 cabinet handles and all bathroom fixtures. He did a great job and even gave us advice on all kinds of other things that we asked him about without question. He even gave us some good advice about other things around the house. He is very reliable and responsive, you can't say this about many other contractors out there.

Job well done - I always dread having to call the electrician or plumber.. I feel like i get raked over the coals every time i do. The reason for that is, i'm a complete idiot when it comes to plumbing and home fixtures. And so it is easy to pull the wool over my eyes.

I made my appointment with Archway Builders, and gave a description of my problem. When The handyman came over, took a look at the situation with my toilet... he then told me exactly what he was doing and why. I actually learned how to fix my own toilet if the problem ever happens again! He was in and out faster than i ever expected.

I've never seen this kind of friendly, honest service from a handyman ever!
