Charged very reasonable rate - I dialed 24 Hour Locksmith and asked to check why my entry door was creating a noise when we open it. They scheduled a time and locksmith came right then. I showed him the problem, he said it would take less than 30 minutes to solve it and he did it. Charged me very reasonable rates for that repair work. Thanks!!! 28-03-12

He was informative, professional - 24 Hour Locksmith Solihull technician arrived in a well equipped van carrying all the required tools and hardware. I needed to fix a jammed deadbolt lock. He was informative, professional and courteous. He performed his job dutifully and went above and beyond to make sure that job was done to satisfaction and offered additional advice for security. 12-03-12
