very friendly and knowledgeable - I called at 8am to get a quote on having my front door deadbolt replaced with a keypad entry. Got a reasonable price quote and scheduled an 11am appointment. He was here just prior to 11, very friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the job perfectly. Anyone looking for a locksmith in Solihull give these guys a call. I wouldn't hesitate to use Locksmith Shirley again in the future.
