"this could have been lethal" - I was always told orange flames on your cooker is a bad thing, so when I saw orange flames I turned it off there and then and called cooker service for help. When the engineer came he explained that the gas connection was loose and that the safety chain had not been attached properly. His exact words were "this could have been lethal". I am thankful I saw the problem before it became one and thank you to the engineer for his help. 21-02-13

Professional and admirable company - So I purchased a new free standing gas cooker, I called Cooker-Service for an installation and they had me booked in within 5-10 mins, very quick. I was also ecstatic when I found out the disconnection of my old cooker would be free due to me having an installation at the same time and place. Thank you for your help - I didn't know why my kitchen smelled of gas sometimes, especially after cooking. The engineer told me my gas hose was not connected properly. This could have been a real danger to my health and safety. Thank you for your help. 16-01-13

Thanks a lot - My cooker was serviced this morning. I called them in because my cooker was taking way too long to cook food, longer than normal. The engineer came and had a look and advised me it was because old food and debris was stuck between the gas supply and he ignition. He also advised me on who to call to help me out. I am a bit of an old lass you see I could not clean it myself. I am leaving a review to say what excellent service you provide and your engineers are very helpful. Thanks a lot. 16-01-13
