London Canal Museum tells the story of London's canals, their boats, horses, trades and people. It is set in a former ice warehouse and also tells the story of the Victorian ice trade that flourished before refridgeration technology existed. Visitors can peer down into a huge ice well. The exhibitions include living afloat, with a reconstructed narrowboat cabin that visitors can go in, Horse Power, with a full-sized model horse, and Water and Locks, where you can work a model boat through a lock and learn how canals get water.
