We met at the exact time we agreed - We met at the exact time we agreed on and did the inspection in a clear and concise manner. In less then 12 hours we had detailed results of our inspection sent via email with pictures of everything that was inspected. He provided us with a quote over the phone, and it was very reasonable. Not only did he conduct an inspection of the apartment we are purchasing, but he also provided tips on certain things that can be done to better certain safety features. He is top notch!

Great inspection! - They came in and did a complete inspection of my home. He reviewed everything and also did an infrared scan. Very helpful info - I was very impressed with the service provided and the knowledge of Daniel. Every corner was turned and a lot of deficiencies were explained and recommendations provided immediately. His report was done very professionally with all photos and details of recommended tasks to be completed. Very helpful info in the report is a list of estimated cost of repair.

More energy efficient - As a single mom, it was kind of scary choosing a home inspector. Thankfully, London Inventory Company was recommended to me and they were GREAT! They took time with me to explain how my new house works as a system and even told me how to make it more energy efficient!

I will recommend this services - I have called London Inventory Company on a short notice because I had a problem at my property that I could not solve. Mr. Wilson was very polite and has made space on a Sunday and came over to check the problem, and informed me what was missing, how to fix it and how much it would be approximately. He is very professional in his work and his rates were reasonable and it was a great pleasure to have met him and I will definitely be working with him in the future. London Inventory Company - If I had to describe Ken's work in one word it would be 'THOROUGH'!You could not ask for a more thorough home inspector. If you get the chance to attend the inspection, Ken explains things to you as you go and points out minor fixes you can do yourself. He then sends an extremely detailed report so you have a reference document to go back to. If you are purchasing a home and looking for a thorough inspection, Ken is your man!!!
