Within Fitness Worlds 18 years of service and maintenance we have been increasingly asked why we do not supply fitness equipment. Our answer has always been the same: Our business has never been about the sale of equipment, it's always been about the customer service experience and the helping of customers when they need our help.
We have now fulfilled the standard we have set out to achieve within the service and maintenance side of the industry. So our next goal was to look at other options, and what our customers would like Fitness World to provide. The obvious area was Sales.
