I had an assessment & was booked in for dental implant surgery,given time,date,appointment & double checked it with Receptionist before leaving my last assessment.
On the day of surgery I was told the booking hadn't been inputted by their Receptionist & I could not have the surgery. I complained only to be gaslighted by the manager,trying to blame ME for their mess up.
I was offered another surgery date, but by then I would have lost my New Credit Card 0% deal.
I went elsewhere & got an appointment straight away,but my finance deal still expired because of the delay they caused & because I'd already applied for a deal, I was refused another because of too many applications.
Therefore my treatment will cost me a lot more because of their negligence.
I would not recommend Saving Faces.

I'm Buzzing - I always used to get the pee taking out of me for having the big bugs bunny teeth and I could never dream of cosmetic surgery until I won a few quid of the old scratch cards, so now I’m buzzing, the work done was proper quality. Mates don’t know what to say now, hasn’t half shut them up.

Teeth nice and white - I really needed to get my teeth whitened after year of smoking and drinking. Really happy with the work done. Now I just need to lay off the cigs.

No more gloopy dentures - My dentures were giving me grief for a number of months before I came to Saving Faces for a consultation to see what could be done. I didn’t know anything about the techniques that were around to stop irritation. I thought we just had to persevere with gloopy adhesives and stuff. I’m really pleased with the implants I got and my life is now so much easier.

Broken Tooth! - One of my teeth was broken whilst playing hockey, I didn’t really know what the proper resolution was as I’ve never had trouble with my teeth before. Thankfully the team at Saving Faces knew exactly the best course of action. My new crown has restored my mouth to its former beauty ;)

Crowning Glory - My new crowns are much better than my old ones. They were loose even when I first got them done but my old dentist said that they were fine. When they fell out I decided to go somewhere proper, with a reputation and Saving Faces was the top of my list. Wasn't disappointed either, they've done a brilliant job.

Saved my face - This place was excellent. I truly was getting no where with the advice from other clinic but when I came here we discussed my options at length and I just felt they knew what they were doing more. My smile is as good as I could have hoped for too. Really made up.

Unbelievable - Dr Coyne gave me a porcelain tooth in 60 minutes. The technology must be incredible. The service that I got was also awesome so certainly am tipping this place.

One of the best - I have been wearing ceramic braces for two months now and they are just such a fantastic idea. I am really glad I came here rather than go ahead with horrible metal braces. My friends think they are cool and my teeth will soon be straight.The team here really helped me too and when I was a pain changing appointment days etc they were more than helpful.

Tip-top - I had three fillings here and some bonding work on my front teeth and I have to say I hate fillings etc and this was done so quickly and effectively I wish I had found this place sooner!

Very happy - Great clinic, lovely staff and the place is incredibly clean and bright. I bring my daughter here and she actually looks forward to coming! (she is only 6)

LIKE! - I'm new to Liverpool, i just moved from Newcastle. I thought my dentist in Newcastle could not be beaten but Saving faces really has given it a contender. I'd been having very sharp pain in a few of my teeth, with the help of saving faces i managed to get them back to normal by having a full clean and polish and also changing my toothpaste!

A class act! - This dental studio really is a cut above the rest, everything down to the last detail is quality. I mean even the clinic itself is state of the art, the equipment is modern, dentists are highly professional and very calming. Just everything that i saw of the clinic was brilliant!

Went for the facial - Facial rejuvenation techniques are not something you expect to have at the dentist but they are really actually good. Given me great improvement in terms of lines and creases and all at a reasonable price. They know what they;'re doing here is what I'll say.

I'm a happy chappy - Just came along to say I have enjoyed my treatment with saving faces. They have always been good to me and seem to understand that its not all about the dollar. I though the service was very good and the root canal treatment saved me much pain.

Worthwhile - I had been with an NHS dentist but was told by them I could not get dental implants. I decided to try a private dentist and saving faces really have done a good job. You wouldn't even know I have two teeth missing the replacements I have got are so natural looking.

Wow - I have been living in Liverpool for one year now and thought it about time I check out the local dentists. I obviously had top leave my last dentist. Well, they say no pain no gain, but I had no pain and have gained the smile I always wanted!

Smile given new life - Before I had always been self conscious about my teeth, now I smile with confidence! They gave me Invisalign and the results are really good. But treatment that costs so much I don't think can be given 5 stars! Still, great stuff...
