This is a very well run domestic cleaning agency which provides very professional domestic cleaners at highly competitive rates. They supply household cleaners to hundreds of residences around London as well as to NHS patients and staff for example. They have a very nice looking website and if you are not sure where to find a cleaner that has been recommended in London this is probably the first sensible port of call. With helpful and friendly staff manning the phone lines and a sophisticated software system to track all their cleaners, they definately have their finger on the pulse and can give complete peace of mind that you will not have to worry about the chore of keeping your residence hygenically clean ever again. Their SE8 postcode is in Greenwich Borough, (not Deptford sic!)

I have had cleaners from this company for a while. Cleaner left to go home ... ok, unlucky but company not to blame. Sent replacement ... who broke the shower and did to tell me, left wet cleaning rags on the new carpet and swept all the kitchen debris onto the floor at the beginning of the three hour clean and was the last thing she cleaned up so less than ideal. Asked for replacement cleaner after one week. Got a girl who was better, but only a matter of weeks later tells me that she is to back fro over six weeks and has told the agency a week before but they had not bothered to call and let me know. I have now called them four times over a week and as yet no one has bothered to call me back. When speaking to the all centre the only excuse on offer is that they re busy! Way to make a customer feel valued. Appalling service and not the first issue I have had with them, so needless to say they have lost a customer and I will go elsewhere. Unreliable, and lack of any acknowledgement that as a cleaning company they have failed to provide a cleaner. Go elsewhere!

Avoid at all costs! - We first started using this company a couple of months ago. Our first cleaner (Cleaner 1) was ok but on the slow side. Cleaner 1's diary management was not good, resulting in arranged cleans being cancelled by her at fairly short notice. Cleaner 1 arrived late more often than not. When Cleaner 1 failed to turn up for an arranged clean we requested a change of cleaner.

Julian Kinsley (the owner/MD of the agency) arranged for the new cleaner (Cleaner 2) to come before 9am the next morning and confirmed this by text. The purported short-notice availability of a cleaner was initially impressive. However, the next morning Cleaner 2 did not arrive despite my partner making himself late for work by waiting at home until 9.25am (interestingly, the agency maintained that the cleaner arrived at 8.55am but just not at our house). Subsequently, Julian offered us a complimentary clean which we accepted and was arranged (after some back and forth communication with Cleaner 2) for 8.30am on a Friday morning. Cleaner 2 did not arrive on time so I called her to find out when she would arrive (rather than Cleaner 2 making contact to say they would be late which would be the professional and courteous approach). Cleaner 2 arrived nearly half an hour late (causing me to be late for work). I phoned Julian to express my disappointment that the service had let us down for a third time.

Julian said that he was very "doubtful" that what I was telling him was the truth. He said that he has hundreds of happy clients and clearly I was the one with the problem for being dissatisfied. Julian said that he did not want to hear that his cleaners are unreliable and was not in a position to do anything about it. He said that Cleaner 2 was never late and therefore I must have made a different arrangement with Cleaner 2 from what I was saying. He then proceeded to shout at me down the phone about what a great business he has and how happy everyone else is and clearly I am the one with the problem before telling me to find another cleaning company and hanging up on me.

Julian was extremely aggressive and the experience left me very shaken. In my opinion, this is a very unreliable company run by a person whose sense of customer service is sorely lacking . I would strongly advise you to avoid dealing with them to spare yourself the angst and stress that I have had to go through. I wish I had seen before-hand that the owner/MD of this company posts the only positive reviews of the company - this should make anyone suspicious. It is also noteworthy that the owner/MD's response to a previous negative review refers to "occasional hitches at the start of a clean". In my experience this is something of an understatement!

I fully understand that there can be occasional problems (e.g. cleaners having transport problems) but to have problems more often than not and to effectively be accused of lying by the owner/MD is not the sort of service that anyone should consider paying for.
