Woodborough House Dental Practice, set in the heart of Pangbourne, near Reading we are an established practice with over 40 years experience at helping people to improve their smiles and keep their teeth healthy. We provide a range of cosmetic dentistry, orthodontic, general and specialist (prosthodontics – Dr Nick Fahey) dentistry serving patients throughout Berkshire. Dr Fahey also offers implant dentistry to his patients in the London's exclusive private medical district, Harley Street.

Our practice is led by two highly skilled and friendly dentists; Dr Sarah Fitzharris and Dr Nick Fahey (specialist prosthodontist) and we perform all dentistry to an excellent standard in a comfortable and homely environment. Why not pop in for a chat and a latte the next time you are passing!!

Very good at easing dental anxiety - The thought of going to the dentist makes me very anxious but coming here has changed my opinion. I found them online and was surprised they offer sedation, I didn’t know you could have that in dentistry. It’s good that I can now get my teeth sorted and not have to feel as worried.

Fantastic service - My son is only six and he is only just getting used to going to the dentist. The team have been so kind and helpful with him and make our time there as easy and fun for him as possible. Brilliant.

Would Recommend - Brilliant service here, I don't like having anything in my mouth, it makes me panic. But after discussing this with them it is so much better and I know I can tell them how I feel and they will help me however they can.

try here - A lovely clinic where they go out of their way to be super kind and friendly. They listen to you and always explain a treatment before doing it so that you know what will happen.

Try this place! - My family have been coming here for a number of years and They are really brilliant at looking after their patients. I recently had a very nasty tooth infection and they managed to save my tooth and I got a crown. They go out of their way to make sure you are ok and we are loyal patients!

Fab place - My sister and I have been coming here ever since we moved to the area two years ago. I like that they have made the practice so relaxed and you can have different kinds of sedation as I HATE needles.

So happy - Finally had my braces removed last week and I am still getting used to how amazing they look. Has been a pleasure coming here the past 8 months and the team are all lovely.

Incredibly pleased - I got my braces removed on Thursday and I am over the moon with the results, I really am. Although my lovely dentist did explain everything to me before hand and the results etc I was still so shocked at how good my teeth looked!

Thank You! - My partner used to snore really really badly until we went here for help. A dental clinic seemed an unlikely place to find help for this problem but they explained what was happening and what their device does to prevent it. Brilliant stuff, definitely recommend.
