Staff very rude - Been here a few times before. Food is pretty good, but the service I got today was downright rude. The manager there is in a constant state of stress and always snapping at his staff and on occasion being short with customers or entirely ignoring them. Today he shouted at me when I couldn't understand the guy he'd put on the till who had some kind of speech impediment. After overcharging me he then stood there after giving me my change with my food sitting on the counter. Eventually, after an odd sort of stand off, he bagged it up and gave it to me, apparently irritated. I wasn't sure if I was meant to do it myself.
 
Not going back. Wasabi is cheaper and the staff far more friendly.

Big Bento Boxes - This place just opened up, and I walked in out of impulse and hunger. Sushi and simple Japanese food, how hard could that be to mess up?

Firstly, I was super pleased to see the prices. £5 for a FULL bento box. By the sound of that, it would seem like they'd want to jip you... but when I ordered the chicken katsu bento box, I was happy to see that the server was really packing it in with chicken and curry sauce! They also have ready made sushi that you can take-away.

Upon tasting, I wasn't astounded, but I was definitely pleased. It was really delicious for a £5 dinner!
