Excellent, considerate service - We had Mogio tear out the old bathroom and install a new wet room. It's the second bathroom we have had done up in the last few years (previously we used a different plumber). I've not experienced more conscientious, skilled, hard working workmen. They adapted their start time to our needs - worked efficiently and incredibly diligently and were very thoughtful about noise and mess, clearing up after themselves daily.

The consultation went very well initially and we are pleased with the overall product - enjoying the new room.

refurbishment of newly-bought flat - To Whom if May Concern

I contacted MOGIO SERVICES to tender for the refurbishment of my newly-bought flat. The initial team who came to view the property and prepare the initial quote were on time and were professional and diligent in their approach. By talking to them after the initial quotation, I was able to ensure that everything that I wanted to get done was accounted for.

MOGIO site manager split the work up into small segments and employed various skilled people to conduct the work. MOGIO was able to direct the work efficiently so that it finished within a schedule that worked for me. If we had any problems during the project, it was easy to contact MOGIO to discuss them and come to a solution that suited me.

Overall, I was impressed with their organisational skills and leadership on the project and I am very happy with the final result and I am especially happy with the high quality of the finished product.

POOR POOR POOR - Very unreliable and poor service. I contacted Mogio to arrange a time and date for them to attend to give a quote for a bathroom refurbishment but they failed to turn up. I spoke to enquire what happened and was informed the person who the job had been assigned to had failed to make a note in his diary of the appointment. Fair enough - these things happen. He then suggested we reschedule later in the week but after I suggested a day, he then said he doubted he could make it or do the work at all as they were so busy!!

If they have so much business that they are able to turn new work away then good for them but if this is the quality of customer service they employ at the outset then I dread to think how they behave once they have been employed and have your money in their pocket.

I will gladly employ anyone else for my works but will never recomment Mogio to anyone!
