Live life more fully - Avenue Practice offers meetings where you can have a therapeutic conversation about the difficulties you are currently facing in your life. You will not be seen as "mentally ill", simply facing the struggle that many face of squaring up to the human condition. Simone Lee believes there can be a real benefit in taking stock of one's life and checking out one's values and holding them up for re-examination.
