New Cross Gallery opened its doors in January 2008. It a contemporary art and installation space in the centre of the vibrant and bohemian area of New Cross directly opposite Goldsmiths college.

friendly urban art gallery - ... a real gem of a find if you like your graffiti and street art, in the burgeoning locale that is New Cross. Friendly staff and an apparent investment in cafe produce bode well for this local hangout.

Cretivity Killed the Cat - What a great little place, it’s a bit out of the way but defiantly worth the trip,
I had been a few times to check out some previous exhibitions and after getting chatting with the owner, a quality guy called tom booked the place for a group show.
Creativity Killed the Cat runs until the 28th of june with a wake for the dead cat on Saturday 28th, 7 till later,
There is some great work up on the walls at the moment, including work from artists who exhibited at Selfridges as part of the Drewatts Urban art sale.
Defiantly worth checking out.
