Some of these reviews must be by the salon owners themselves! This place is filthy - I visited last month and wondered if health and safety inpsectors ever visit beauty salons. My my, if you are unfortunate enough to go there, just look at the floor in the treatment rooms! Covered in dirt and hairs. The sink and taps were filthy too. Don't go here if you want a relaxing/luxurious experience!

Friendly and welcoming - This is an ace local salon. I have regular Dermalogica facials and eyelash tints, as well as massages. Both Hayley and Anda are great, and the owner, Shawn, treats her customers as friends. The treatments are good value for money too - compared with some Wimbledon salons which rip you off! And there are often special offers.

I do not understand the couple of negative reviews below - have these people really been to the same salon?

Friendly local salon - Friendly local salon that makes you feel very welcome. Excellent beauticians that are flexible with their treatments tailoring them to your needs and preferences. The salon also host charity evenings and have some great special offers.

Lovely Salon in a great location - I have been a customer at Radiance for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience in the salon! The staff are very friendly, when making a booking I always choose Shaun as the therapist as she does a great job and doesn’t take long when waxing. It’s true what they say, you get what you pay for and although some other salons may be cheaper from my experience they definitely do not have the personal touch like Radiance Health and Beauty! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Local spa with relaxing atmosphere - I visited the spa recently for eyelash extensions and eyebrow shape with Hayley. She is a lovely friendly, and professional therapist and I was happy with the treatment. I'm looking forward to my pre-wedding facial and massage on Monday! Overall I find the spa staff very helpful and they have an impressive website which allows online bookings.

Excellent local salon - I've been taking a course of 6 facials at Radiance Health and Beauty to get my skin in shape for my wedding. I've also had massages, and mini pedis and manis at this lovely little salon. All the treatments I've had have been excellent - the customer service is great (friendly, knowledgable staff who clearly know their stuff). In fact, I've just booked to have a load more treatments before the wedding because I'm that impressed! I've even had a member of staff offer to work later than her shift to fit me in for a treatment at a time that suits me. This is a small local salon, so you do sometimes hear a bit of noise from outside the therapy rooms if (for example) someone is "checking in" at reception, but there's little anyone could do about that!

Excellent, local, beauty clinic - I have been to Radiance for several treatments in the past year. They have always been extremely welcoming, professional and nice to me on each occasion. They are able to offer excellent advice for all kinds things and have a lot of knowledge on which products are best for me. I highly recommend this great local business.

Friendly, Welcoming Salon - Have attended Radiance on many occasions now & for various treatments. I would highly recommend them as it is a friendly, welcoming salon & the treatments are excellent. They often run promotions which are fantastic value & hold charity events where the treatments are discounted but proceeds go to charity.

t service highly recommend - This is a beauty salon with a personal touch. Shawn (the owner) makes it her business to know her clients well and provide a warm and friendly service whilst maintaining professionalism.

Her service went beyond the call of duty when 10 weeks ago whilst having a tratment at her salon I received a phone call that my husband was having difficulties breathing, on arrival home things was not in good shape. she looked after me and gave me some sound advise.

I can’t recommend this gem of a salon more highly!! just want to take this apportunity to say thank you.

Best Salon in Wimbledon and Merton - I have never written a review before but felt after a great sevice it was nessesary to do so.I decided to spoil myself and have Shellac Manicure on my hands and feet as i was getting married on 1st september. My first contact with Radiance Health and beauty was when i phoned to book an appointment they were very proffessional and extremely friendly.My therapist was Lina and she was lovely and welcoming, I would definately recommend her to all my friends and family, she did a brilliant pedicure and it still looks great 3 weeks on not a chipped nail in sight!!.Then i had another Shellac manicure with Anda which was performed just as proffessionally.I was a bit unsure how bright to go with the french colour but Anda remained helpful and patient until I was one hundred percent happy and satisfied with the final result.They also still look good 3 weeks on from when i had the treatment.If you are a "Bride To Be" I would highly recommend Shellac yes it's a little bit more pricey compared to a conventional manicure and pedicure but the length of time it lasts without spoiling makes it more cost effective in the long run.The beauty of this brand is that it sets immediately on contact with a special light so theres no drying time and no chance of smudging which keeps it looking immaculate. Please go to this salon if you get the chance to I definately will be going back to have more treatments.
client below is not talking about the salon i went to but she sounds like a right unfair and unrealistic person.

THE FAWLTY TOWERS OF BEAUTY SALONS - I have never been to a place like it
I had been given a Groupon voucher as a gift and my poor friend is now trying to get the refund that the manager promised and is not forthcoming with.
It was a complete shambles from rude and incompetent staff, to a therapist who gave half a massage and suggested if I wanted it finished I pay another £22 to someone repeatedly playing an answer phone message so it would be impossible to relax even if you were getting a good massage.
The manager wasn't interested in constructive criticism and I now believe she had no intention of refunding the money but just wanted me out of the shop as she wouldn't let the receptionist answer the phone while I was making the complaint.
Overall NO STARS AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Great Service - I recommend Radiance to any one who love professional yet friendly service with a wide range in treatments. Radiance has so much on offer with the exclusive caci which gives amazing results. I've brought a course of caci and can already see the results after just 2 sessions. My therapist Shawn really does the salon justice, as does the others as I regularly see Ursula for endormologie. they are both amazing therapists and have helped me to get the skin and body I desire!

Indulge yourself and be pampered - This is a great salon where treatments are tailored to what you need rather than being given a treatment 'off the menu'. The atmosphere is calm and a great place to switch off and be pampered. And we all need lots of tlc, when life is so stressful. Highly recommended!

Heavenly Afternoon At Radiance - From the moment I entered Radiance, I felt totally at ease. The girls were friendly and welcoming. The salon has a very warm and relaxing feel about it. I was given an amazing facial by Shawn and a lovely French manicure by Sharon. Highly recommended to all.

Endermologie - Endermologie
I have been seeing Shawn at Radiance Health and Beauty for a few years now doing Caci facial, eyelash tinting and Waxing among other treatments. now i am trying out the good old Endermologie! yes this is suppose to help my cellulite..... After my first appointment with Shawn i can safely say that i am impressed, my work colleagues noticed a postitive difference in my appearance (though only had 4 sessions!). Shawn takes great care in ensuring that you are happy with the end product. I'm not sure I would go to any other salon from now on.

A place to relax - The girls at Radiance are all very polite friendly and extremely professiional. They take the time to explain treatments in full, so you are fully aware of what to exepect. They always make you feel as if you are one of the family. I would reccomend them to anyone. I have also joined their Gold club which allows you to have treaments with discount. They offer all sorts of treatments so there is something for everyone to pampered with and also to make you feel special. I would reccomend their hot stone massage it totally relaxes you and makes your skin feel like silk. They also do a fantastice pedicure which lasts much longer than other salons I have been too. Keep up the good work Radiance.

RADIANCE HEALTH & BEAUTY - What a lovely friendly salon, all the therapists are very good at their jobs, make you feel very welcome, I've been to a few salons, and none are as good as radiance, will be going back for all my future treatments, no need to keep looking around for salon that I can become a regular at, cos I've found it. No matter what therapist you see they are all BRILLIANT!!!!!!

Caci & Microdermabrasion Facial - with out a doubt this is far most the best salon in Wimbledon. i have visited them on so many occasions and i must say they have yet to fail me. with their new Caci nonsurgical facial machine i just had the best Microdermabrasion and Hydratone facial ever!!! Shawn you are the best keep it up. all you adults out there you must go and try Shawn and her team as not only is she good, she is very knowledgeable.

Facial Heaven at Radiance! - I suffer from terrible skin. You'd think I were a teenager the amount of spots I get despite being 35. So I went to Sharon at Radiance and she sorted me out with a Cocktail facial that was a mix of different kinds of facial to benefit my skin. Today my skin feels great and looks much smoother. Sharon and Shawn offer so many treatments in their lovely salon. I recommend you pop down there asap!

varnish still fab - Shawn what can i say,the polish you put on my toes on 21st June has just been taken off now i am home in Cornwall,and there wasn't even a chip on any of my little toe nails!Thanks for such a wonderful pedicure,i will be back when i am up with my sister again.

One for the men - I will not freely admit to my male friends that I have body waxing, but for any man who is looking for it take note. I was recommended to Radiance by my flat mate (who is female) and 2 years ago would never have considered having by back waxed let alone my sack. The women of today are demanding to say the least and us poor men are now placed under pressure to be silky smooth. First impressions of the place were good. Free parking!, smelt nice and very clean. I was made to feel welcome and to my surprise I did not feel intimidated. Guys, apparently men are getting treatments all the time. I no longer feel like a hairy beast and it is fairly acceptable now to have bits and pieces done these days (not that I am going to shout it from the roof tops!)With no hair I could finally feel the fabric of my shirt and it felt good LOL. I would highly recommended this salon.

Can't say enough good things... - I started going to Radiance at the start of this year hvaing been to lots of other salons around the Wimbledon area.

This salon is brilliant! Shawn and her small team make you feel welcome and relaxed by their friendly yet professional style.

Last night I had the most amazing facial ever! My skin looks and feels new!

professional waxing. - I visited the Radiance Health and Beauty salon having been recommended by a friend. My expectations were high and I was far from disappointed.
The salon is extremely welcoming and I felt instantly relaxed and at ease. The therapist listened to the way I wanted my Brazilian wax that was suited for my skin and my liking and it was the best wax I have ever had as for my eye brows the way that she dwelt with it was beyond me as my brows looked like it was glued on but when she was finished I was amazed since then I have returned numerous of occasions including my friends. I will be going there on Saturday for my first microdermabration facial and hot stone therapy massage and I will tell you how it all went but at the moment this is the best salon I have found in Wimbledon for all my waxing needs. The experience of the salon as a whole is well worth a visit!

The best treatment ever - I have been to Radiance Health and Beauty two days ago and it was an experience i have had the best facial in my life oh it was fabulous, the environment, the workers, the place was neat and tide, i have to give them a plus on that for sure.
I will be going back this time i will be getting a facial again and try something new like the full body waxing. I just have to let my community know and that u need to give them a try, u will never regret it. peace ya'll

Wonderful experience - If you get the chance you have to check this salon out. I have never had so much fun (yes, I did say fun!) whilst having a waxing and pedicure in my life. The salon is run by two of the nicest people you could meet. They give the place a real relaxed atmostphere. The place is clean and well run. I now get all my treatments done under one roof. I highly recommend Radiance Health and Beauty.

Fantastic Beauty Experience - TO be honest, where do I start. What prompted me to write was the great review received by another client to the Radiance Health and Beauty Salon in Merton.

From the moment I walked into this clean, soothing salon I was greeted with friendly staff who actually knew what they were talking about - I've been to all of the salons in Merton and Wimbledon and this is the place I will be returning to.

The waxing left me bare, every woman's dream and I wasn't scared to ask the therapists questions about the treatments.

All in all for me, this suits my needs I'm juggling life and my boyfriend loves his monthly facials here too! I can recommend this to anyone.
