Finally an honest car service - Our local minicab let us down and after an online search I called Central Chauffeur they were honest about times and suggested I call another service as they could not provide a car for 45 minutes due to the tube strike. On that basis I called two other firms the second had a operator who could not even understand me! I called back Central Chauffeur and booked them as I felt sure they would deliver. I went to Costa Coffee and just as we got our coffees the driver arrived. Bit of a shock fastervthan promised and prepared to help my wife with the luggage ( difficult with the kids in tow!) double bonus the car had rear screen DVD and the driver had by chance a booster seat. Journey to Clapham one of the best I have ever done with a friendly knowledgeable driver. Higher price than the local firm but to be honest streets ahead. After the local boys were late coming to the house on the way to the airport I know who I will phone in the future. Not normally a reviewer but when searching for more on Central Chauffeur I felt this would repay their professionalism.
