***AVOID***!!! Although the original visit to discuss the removal was satisfactory the actual removal was far from the same.

We opted for the full packing and move service as we have used this type of service with reputable companies in different locations across the UK. A change of plan meant that the move was actually into storage units as opposed to our new house which wasn't ready for another 3 weeks.

We had also paid for a dismantling and reassembly service only to be left a message the day before the move asking for us to dismantle beds and wardrobes! When it came to the move we used a different removals company only to discover our child's trampoline had been broken, a bedside cabinet damaged and c.15 boxes literally filled with 1 item, wasting valuable storage place. In addition screws and fittings had been lost.

Upon contacting one of the Directors once we had discovered the damage he was completely dismissive and not interested in discussing any form of compensation for the damage created by his team. Really disappointing customer service and in fact a rip off as moving a house into storage for the same cost was clearly far easier than the original plan of moving to another house!

Finally full payment was required 2 weeks prior to our move upfront, something I have never come across previously as standard is 50%. This is clearly a ploy due to the poor service and helps mitigate any future claims. You live and learn!
